Initial Consultation free of charge



This is an opportunity to have a short Tapping session together for approximately 30 minutes, by phone or by zoom whichever you prefer, and gives you an experience of what Tapping together is like. 

We can also use this time if you have any questions about starting sessions together. For example, you may want to talk a bit more about scheduling, frequency of sessions or about my experience helping with your particular circumstances. 


 Online Tapping Sessions - £40

Carried out by phone or by zoom whichever you prefer, Tapping sessions are normally an hour. This gives us time to isolate and work on something specifically. Once we've resolved one thing we can start on another if there's time,

Working with a practitioner such as myself is shown to be more effective than tapping on your own: Applying the techniques adeptly for you to follow allows you to relax and be with your own inner processes. There is huge value in having someone you trust to go through the process with you, for example, in terms of asking good questions, witnessing and really hearing your reality. Sometimes this human level of listening, empathy and support can of itself be of immense healing value.
